DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION POLICY

We may require a deposit for appointments that occupy a large portion of our stylist’s schedule, such as a Keratin treatment or color service. Aside from that, we understand that life happens! To that end, we do not generally require deposits or enforce a cancellation/rescheduling fee, unless it becomes necessary on an individual basis after repeated last minute cancellations or no-shows.

SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We always work diligently and thoroughly to make sure you are satisfied with your service. If, for some reason, you are not, we highly encourage you to take advantage of our two-week complimentary adjustment period. It is our hope you will return to the stylist or technician that originally took care of you, but if you are unable, any of our other stylists or technicians would be happy to adjust your hair or nails.

PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We happily partner with brands we believe in and make recommendations for your hair and nail care based on your specific needs. If you are unhappy with a product purchased at Nina’s, you may return it for a product exchange of equal value. We request that this exchange be made within 30 days of purchase.
